Here at Bedsdirect we are sure you will be happy with your purchase. Once your goods have been received, we do encourage you to call or email us with any queries you have. Where possible it is always helpful to attach a photo if that will help to explain any issues you may have better.
If the product you have purchased is found to be unsuitable within seven working days following delivery, providing the item(s) is returned it its original packaging and in 'as new' condition and all polyutherane packaging is unopened, a full refund will be issued.
Please ensure that your order is checked thoroughly for any sign of damage before disposing of the inner and outer packaging. We would also require that all orders are checked in terms of size, model and colour etc before assembling the product as we cannot accept any items that have been assembled. A £40 collection charge may be levied for goods that are simply unwanted. This covers the charge of the carriers only.
We will never charge for returned items that are faulty.
Any items to be returned will be organised and a convenient time will be arranged beforehand for the carrier to collect.
As soon as the goods are returned to us in the original packaging, a refund into the card you used to make the purchase will be issued.
