Delivery

As soon as your order has been received from you, one of our team will contact you to organise a day for delivery. Most products are eligible for ‘next day delivery’ as long as we receive your order before 3.30pm. This means we are able to despatch for delivery the next day providing your order reaches us before 3.30pm. Orders received after 3.30pm cannot be guaranteed for a next day service as in some cases our next day carriers may have left our warehouse. Orders received after 3.30pm on any Friday will be delivered the following Tuesday. We can also arrange for these product types to be delivered on a day of your choice.

Deliveries cannot take place on a Bank Holiday, meaning a slight change to the above rule will apply. If your order is affected by this, we will contact you.

For some of our products we cannot use a “next day service”. This is normally for two reasons, the weight of the item cannot be handled by a single delivery person or that the item is delicate and travels better with a two man service. Where we need to use this type of service we will let you know when we contact you and we will also advise the name of the carrier to where you order will be assigned. The carrier will then contact you directly to arrange delivery. These products cannot be delivered next day.

Nearly all of our products however do qualify for ‘next day delivery’ and the carriers ‘Nightfreight’ perform deliveries daily between 8am – 6pm. A range of two man delivery companies are used depending on your location and they will always call beforehand with an indication of delivery date. You will need to be available to sign for your delivery and to ensure that you are happy with the condition before signing and accepting your goods. We only deliver to the UK mainland with the exception of some Scottish postcodes. Some IV, PH, PA, KW and KA postcodes – may incur an additional charge of between £40 - £125.00. However we will discuss this with you prior to finalising you order.

You will need to be available to sign for the delivery and we would ask you to make sure that the happy with the delivery conditions of them prior to signing for them.

We hope you will be satisfied with any product purchased but if you wish to return a product to us for any reason you may do so within 28 days of the dispatch date. It must be in a saleable condition and in its original undamaged packaging.

We do not accept returns on mattresses unless it is sealed in its original packaging and has not been opened in any way and we do not accept returns on bedsteads where the bed assembly has been attempted unless the item is faulty.

We reserve the right to charge where a product is simply unwanted and will advise of you of any charge when you organise the return. We will never charge for returning where the product is faulty.
